Participants In this study, 60 interns were randomly selected from 163 male nursing students in a tertiary hospital in Hunan Province from July to August 2020 and were subsequently assigned to the control (n= 30) and observing (n= 30) groups, respectively, using the random number table method. The randomisation process was performed using statistical analysis system software.
